‼️ALL CHANGES TO ANY APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME TO AVOID FEES‼️

➡️ By creating ANY appointment/s, in ANY fashion, with ANY representative: verbally, electronically (including but not limited to TEXT, email, chat, online scheduler, booking sites, or device applications) or ANY other electronic, written, or ANY various expressed means NOW OR IN THE FUTURE you agree to be bound by the following Terms, Conditions, Policies and Procedures:

💥💥Non-Health/Medical/Accident/Weather related Cancellations or No-Shows made by the client or the client’s representing agent within:💥💥

👉🏻 less than 24 hrs before the appointment time

will be billed half the service fee 👈🏻

which may be applied--at the owners discretion--to a rescheduled session made and kept within one week of the original appointment. MSL reserves the right to then cancel the follow up for any reason without refund.

will be billed the full service fee 👈🏻

made by the therapist or MSL/Therapist’s representing agent within: 💥

👉🏻less than 24hrs notice will result in a $50 credit OR 30 min free and will apply to next service ONLY and expires 28 days after original, scheduled, canceled service indescretion.

👉🏻less than 2 hrs of appointment time will result in a free 60 min session and will apply to next service ONLY and expires 28 days after original, scheduled, canceled service indescretion.

cannot be changed 1 week prior to event.

made less than 1 week prior to event will be billed in full.

made 2 weeks prior forfeit any deposit.

made more than 2 weeks prior will receive a full refund.
